Regarding temporarily suspend the direct receipt of administrative dossiers

Pursuant to Directive 10/CT-UBND dated June 19^th, 2021 of the Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee on the implementation of countermeasures to control the spread of Covid-19, the Consular Legalization and Certification Section of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of External Relations will temporarily suspend the direct receipt of administrative dossiers for consular legalization and certification. The Section will only process dossiers submitted through the public service portal, level 3, 4.

In need of consular certification and legalization, please contact with the Vietnam Post for documents application and return.

In extremely urgent cases or related to humanitarian issues, please contact with the Department of External Relations via this phone number (028 3829 8589) for guidance.

This Notice will be active until The People’s Committee has further decision.
